it just seems like they may have crossed the line with making fun on alcoholism and the fact the guys a surgeon kind of makes it worse...

its clearly making a refernce to alchol. at the end of it it even says eat responsibly so you really need to calm down... anyway its not a big deal at all. that burger looked fuckin delicious

i thought they were hinting at that if he didnt have a burger the surgen would scoop out some flesh from some guy he was operating on. i really didnt have a problem with the ad although it was confusing
