Step by step torrent help?

well very long and depressing story short, i broked my computadora and with it went my music, videos, and most importantly my video editing software, vegas6. i need help downloading new software, probably fcp. ive always heard torrents were great for this, but i never understand how to work them. if ANYONE could help me out with the torrent proces, or any other way to get editing sofrtware, your karma would greatly appreciate it!!! THANKS

first you need a program to unpack the torrent file.

i use bitlord

once youev installed that you need to search for the torrent file for final cut. I use www.thepiratebay.org or www.torrentz.com which searches all sites I believe for the torrents. find a download with high seeders for a quicker download but read through the comments first to make sure its legit and not a virus. download the torrent file which is really small and it should ask if you want to open it in bitlord (or what ever program you choose to use) and let it download. once its done, open file directory and follow the steps for installing fcp.

that was really quick and might be confusing sorry.

if you're using a mac it could be different, I use transmission to unpack the file and I think mininova is pretty good to find torrents
I hope I didn't complete fuck that up, my roommate last year set me up with some sweet shit and I'm just trying to spread the love, granted I use it mostly to download *gulp* music (please don't arrest me and fine me thousands of dollars I don't have) but I hope this helps

i dont think hes on mac because he said he lost sony vegas and Im pretty sure thats windows only?

yea im on a PC. that sounds pretty easy, but will i need a keygen once i download the program? or will the torrent include that?

usually the torrent information will tell you if it has a keygen or it will include a cracked .exe file which you just switch with the programs file its really easy and most torrents will tell you how to do it.

Don't use BitLord, use uTorrent. It's much easier on you and your computer.

Here's some great torrent sites:
www.btjunkie.org
www.thepiratebay.org
www.isohunt.com

You should be able to find most anything you need on these. Look for ones with more seeders than leechers, and the higher the seed count the better. Make sure it doesn't have bad ratings. Don't "Save As" when you download it, just "Open", and then it will pop up in the uTorrent window. Then you can see if it has a keygen or not. Hit OK and let her rip.

i cant find a torrent for adobe final cut pro? it comes up with like 40 results for videos of time lapses of clouds or something done in fcp. when can you tell if its actually the program, or can someone just find me the torrent

i use vuze to download torrents. its real easy to use an you can search for torrents on it too. but i just thought id add that this thread is very flashy!

actually there shouldnt be any problems search on thepiratebay.org (greatest torrent site) download torrent open it with uTorrent download full data install prog or whatever like most instruction say in the comments under the torrents. done
