Paint ruining skis

I have the Skogan Sprang Pro Models, I made a design that I wanted to put on them with spray paint. It is a patch about as wide as the ski, but about 3 to 4 inches tall. Would putting spray paint straight on the ski ruin it or make the finish melt or sometin. All I want to know if it would riun my ski if I did it. thnks

hell no it wont ruin your skis at all, i spray paint the hell out of all my skis, and nothing ever happens to um. go for it

yeah, lines have a glossy finish, so its all good. you can take the paint of soo easy as well... paint only causes problems with textured skis.

permanent markers work good too....even on textured skis - i have a stencil on my airstyle nt's

it would be better to sand the topsheets to take the clear gloss off so the paint will stick to the skis better.....then clear coat the paint when you are done
