Sticky Rails

My backyard C rail is getting so sticky, and its not cause there are burrs in it its just slow now, is there anything i can do to make it faster?

maybe try some sort of wax, maybe rub on ski wax

I was thinking of something to say to that but im too tired...

actually slow rails really suck man, i almost killed myself today...

i have tried WD 40 before, wax and painting the rail, spraypainting it usually works the best but i think its too cold right now to do that...
