Remove triggers?

So I am sure there is a thread about this but the search isnt really that helpful. So how do I remove my triggers for the crowbars?

So does anyone know how to remove these or just be assholes and try to correct my spelling or what I call them. Would be nice to get some help. thanks.

theyr the softest goggle on the market. dont be afraid of bending them. its hard to explain online but basicaly just place your thumb at the end of it ( the long and pointy part connected to the frame) use your thumb as a pivot point and pull
