Rit dye

So I have some brown and blue crowbars, do you think that the colors are to dark to use the dye with? I just dont like the color of them and would like to have something different.

definitely too dark...i think rit makes a white dye or dye remover that you could try first in order to lighten the brown and blue to make them different colors

iI am a little new to this process. I do not remove the padding, correct? just the lens?

rit dye only really works if the color you are dying them is darker than the base color. so unless if you plan on dying them black I don't think it will work
