Replying to Shop mistakes?!?

So i requested my new pipe cleaners to be center mounted by my local shop and I get them back and realize they are not even close to center mount... They are WAY too far set back, and it almost looks like they had no idea what they were doin with the skis.. I know its not a bad thing to have the pcs a little set back but this is just rediculous and they didnt listen to what i wanted... my question is what the hell am i supposed to do now... go back to them and request that they buy me a new pair of skis or what?!? thanks for any help
