Question about saga pants (searchbar, i know)

im looking to get new saga pants, probably either eggnog or scuba.too. my question is, do they only come as a shell? and if they do, what do you wear under them on a really cold day?

They are a shell, I dont have Saga but my Oakleys are a shell, and I just wear fleece long underwear and I never feel it, the only place I get cold is waist up

anyone know how big large pants would be, im 5' 10"
i heard they are really baggy so idk if i should get large or wait till next years xl

my friend is 5 10 5 11 and he has some larges and they are super baggy
