Yes, but only until right after the first jump in the big line. The bottom half of the park will be open after Battle My Crew is over.

kirstens is uneducated the first two jumps are open in the big line and you can ski through the whole park and they opened the stairset today and the down rollercoaster they have set up. all the intense cool stuff is still closed though.
