 Ok, so im burnt out on rap. This probably has no chance because 98% of this site listens to rap exclusively, but on the off chance that you may be able to help. Please suggest more bands like these. 

-vampire weekend

-dispatch

-shins

-voxtrot

- or just any good band you can think of.

i agree, i especially cant stand all the shit on the radio and lil wayne is horrible. idk if you like the reggae style, but slightly stoopid, pepper, expendables, b foundation, rebelution, current swell, passafire. also reel big fish is always a favorite of mine. and if you like dispatch check out their "post dispatch" solo bands - state radio, braddigan, and pete francis

haha you caught me. but really, it was meant to be ironic. I am white and live on a hill in the woods. about as far away from "thug" as one can be.

check out doug martsch his album now you know is great, pavement is cool sometimes ummm operation Ivy is one of my favorites clap your hands and say yea guster. Word of werd, rap will never die, i used to hate rap like really despise it but then i started listening to great rap and mixing shit and started to love it i listen to a healthy blend of rap and "rock"
