Replying to Anybody here really good at Bio/Chem?
Because i need to know how methanol is formed. i dont wanna go blind from my home-brew, and i cant exactly figure out how methanol is formed in home brewing.
i dont have a still, so i think im safe because im not making like, 50% or sprits or anything. but if anyone knows how methanol can be avoided, thatd be sick. cuz i may move on to making 40% stuff and then i may run into this shit that makes you blind and retarded.
and i looked on google and all these science websites and it doesnt really tell me how to avoid it in my haggard brewing shit lol
