Adjusting bindings for different size boot without remountng

i have some px12 jibs that are mounted for a 318 bsl (28) can they be adjusted to fit a size 30/30.5 boot (selling skis want to make it easy for the buyer) or would they have to get the heel piece remounted? Please help me anyone who might be able to answer this question.

well, it depends if they got mounted on the inside or outside of the "track"

___4 4____ if the toe/heelpiece is the 4 and the "track" is the underscore, then they should be able to fit a 30 boot

4____ _____4 if they are mounted like this, they won't be able to

so, go to your shop and ask them

and, a 30.5 boot has the same shell size as a 30

That is 2 boot sizes different, so assuming the heel was in the middle of the track when mounted (which is a fair assumption) no, they won't be compatible - you'll have to remount.

Further to my post, it would be really close - I'm pretty sure there is 40mm total adjustment in the PX12 track so you tend to get about 20mm each way
