Switzerland Trip

pretty lucky guy... atm its snowing wild here.. until tomorrow should be about 50-70cm of fresh pow.. this time its more in the northern alps. go to andermatt, the toggenburg or laax.. pretty epic right now. also depends on what you wanna do, but we have so much snow this year, you cant go wrong.

Laax, verbiers, gstaad ski area are ones to look at. Snow is as hit and miss as anywhere else in the world really...

park or powder?

Saas Fee, Crans Montana and Laax are cool resorts to check out! I have only been in Saas Fee during summer, but their glacier park is so dope doing that period!

Gstaad is for old people.


Andermatt and Engelberg are the powder resorts.The vibe, the sheer amount of snow, the people, it's an experience. They are like Chamonix without the fame and crowds.

St. Moritz is epic, especially if the snow is coming from the south.

Laax is awesome. The most all round and fun resort in Switzerland. It has everything.

Saas-Fee and Zermatt get less snow during the winter, but especially Zermatt is worth checking out as it's so so sick. Zermatt is HUGE, and mind blowing, out of proportion, and so very beautiful.

Not entirely Switzerland, but Portes du Soleil is SO much fun.

what the hell is reading week?

Reading week is basically the english equivelent of mid-term week, but we have no exams.. or classes... we just drink all day and cause trouble.

St. Moritz is super expensive though. As will most swiss resorts be, admittedly.

I just came back from Zermatt and it will totally blow you away. Tons of places to find powder if it snows. When I was there it snowed a few days before I arrived and I still found some good powder stashes.

Im going to ski mainly pow, I just can't justify speding thousands to isolate myself to a park, as much as I do like takin laps.  But yeah keep the suggestions comin, much aprreciated.!
