It's also late march, trying to get rid of this years stuff so they can gear up to sell next years, simple business, if you weren't 15 you'd understand.
If you are getting coreupts you should use my sponsor code DD3f4B71 and i have rode coreupts for a season know and i had no problems and liked them almost more than my Ar6's
Yeah... space in a warehouse is money.... sometimes it's better for a business to unload all of their current stock at low prices to make room in the warehouse for new items... than to keep it just lying around in there and selling at a later date..... for even less.
not really coreupt is just using dynastars molds, the only similarity is that the skis are the same with different topsheets and the bindings are the same but a lot of companies share bindings
Wow nice prices, I think shipping to Canada is free too? The english on the website is horrible and it's not clear (says "fee").
XXX Ray = Legend Pro (2008-09 dimensions, 100 underfoot)
Pow = Big Trouble
Hands Up = Huge Trouble (they got dims wrong on website it's 115 underfoot)
Yard = Troublemaker (they put the Hands Up/Huge Trouble dims on website, oops)
Urban Rise = Troublemaker
Change = Big Trouble
The XXX Ray and Hands Up are pretty smoking deals for those skis. Hands Up graphic is kind of cool as well, better than Dynastar. Really good for $350 shipped.
Pretty tempted with a pair of XXX Rays, but the UK site is way more expensive, think I might just order them from the states but get them posted to home. Not sure on the sizing though, I want a big stiff ski, but not sure if 190 will kick my ass. Anyone skied them?
did anyone else notice the error with the waist size for the yard.. it says 115 when it is 78... and it may have free shipping but there are always importing duties and taxes that will prolly tack on $100 more.
oh man, Candide and Colby PRO MODEL selling for under $200, that cheapens the way these guys look i think even though they are unbelievably accomplished skiers. too bad
It also implies that the skis did not sell as well as they expected, because they would not have made as many if they knew that they would be getting diminished returns on them. Cutting the price reduces the gross profit margin and overall ROI. Items on sale are good for consumer, bad for the brand. It gives the appearance of weak demand. It is the same reason you will never see a Brioni Suit or Patek Philippe Watches on sale in a store.
Coreupt has 2 years left in my opinion. The investors will be looking for some sort of return by then. If not they will pull the plug. And don't give me the "they are loaded" or "their investors are rich" speech...those guys are rich because they made smart moves to get there. They will not sit by and watch money being pissed away.
