Easiest invert to learn for a girl?

I have gotten to 7's and want to learn inverts.
People tell me that front flips are best but i hear that the jump has to be perfect.
And personally i don't wanna eat shit so bad i can't ski out the season haha.

Ha, diving boards/trampolines are not the same as being on skis. Sure it helps you gain an air sense but because you can do a front flip off of a diving board does not mean you can do them on skis.

Join the trick tip cult... so much good info on all flips.

IMO try a backflip first into a soft landing.. then lincoln then front.

if you can backflip a trampline then go for that, so easy to spot the landing. but if you have never done any kind of flip even on a trampline, frontflips r the easiest just to throw them. whatever you try just commit to it and you wont fall that bad. even if you dont land it, if you commit u will come out fine, and if you commit odds r you will land it

there's a video in the lastest additions sections right now of a 14 year old chick that boosts a frontflip, so i would maybe say try that out..

hey i know her! (claim) i was there when she learned fronts on the water ramps

heres my 2 cents about flips. backs are easy but intimidating, fronts are hard but dont seem scary, and loops are just weird. it took me forever to figure out loops, but now theyre my favorite trick.

i myself did fronts first, and id recommend them or people doing flips too.

Frontflips are prolly the easier invert, but lincolns are the least intimidating cause you can see your landing all the way round. Guess its personal preference.

Try them all onto an airbag or into deep pow and just see what feels the most comfortable at first, then just keep working on them.
