thats what i think to and what i've said but still i don't think he really cares he sees hes making enough money, his thought is why waste more money who cares about the park. im making money and that's all that matters. he's always wanted to own a restaurant and look what he did, upgraded the restaurant. nothing else besides a few more cut trails, that i wouldn't consider trails. sure alot has changed and mark has done a great job atleast making the mountain fun with legit comps and just being around there, but more could deff. be done. and the same rails every year just gets boring, the park needs to expand more places around the mountain have a rail garden here, jump line there, a main park, so much shit could be done and more kids would go if it was like that and more vermont kids hear about it. i could honestly see it being a smaller mount snow if mark gets the right materials, people, workers,ideas, and tools. right now nothing is going into the park money wise, they need to scavenge to find a shovel. their drill got stolen, no one cares about the park at west except the people who are in it all the time.

I will just be blunt with everything right now...
Mike will not spend a dollar in the park because he seems to think it only brings "punk kids" or people who don't spend a dime. He won't allocate money from ticket sales to the park which is just confusing. The only "money" that the park could bring in was from the comps we had. In which I say thanks to all of you entering in them.
If we go back a year Mike asked me to move back from Utah and try an do something with the park.I was promised a ton of things a year ago that included a new rail package, but instead we got a new bar with a deck no one could use all winter. I did everything that I could this season for everyone from last fall having PoorBoyz in town with JP Auclair to show Reasons, 4 pretty fun events with a ton of product, having the Traveling Circus for a night and trying to offer a product(park) that was for all levels. When your space is the size of a football field you have to cram everything in you can.
At this point I just don't know where my future is taking me and West Mountain might not be in plans after my last trip back to Utah in March. I was offered a job at one of the three resorts in Park City to work in their events department to expand their park team and events. I would like to say Thank You for everyone coming to West this season, I had a blast meeting everyone and making new friends to ski with. I will keep everyone in the loop about things at West and myself. Once again Thanks for an awesome winter!
