Edit Idea Help

Yo, so I need some input.  I am working on another edit and I have a ton of footage from a 720p video camera, but I also have a few sick shots from a SD 30fps helmet camera.  How would you incorporate the video together, would you edit the whole thing in SD or would you drop the edit in HD and just play the helmet cam shots in lower resolution?

When i mix and match HD and SD, i edit in an HD time line and then zoom into the SD shots. When played at SD quality, it looks pretty legit.

so you edit the whole thing in an HD timeline but then do the final output in SD?

Yeah I would edit in an HD sequence and then export to dv ntsc720x480 it will look fine.

Yeah, export full quality HD video and then compress in QTP to 640x360 for the internet.
