search the forum, theres about 3 million posts about 360s, but that would be dick of me if i just left ya like that, ok so find a good jump, pop a 180 off it, maybe try it a couple more times, then hit the jump look over the shoulder your spinning to, and just go around, the key is your head tho, and dont worry about penciling it out on the first couple, then throw a saftey in there to make it look less gay

Jump off random shit doing 3's (without skis). I'm learning unnatural 3's and I'm just jumping off of random big things. Just to get the feel of the rotation down that way. Then hit a nice lip and do till you get it... it'll come.

ahh my first 360. I spent all day trying them and just couldnt land them. My skis would pop off or i would overrotate or underrotate. Finally at the end of the day my shins were killing me and my friends and I decided it would be our last run. I landed it that last time. It was nice.

do them off big tables, im not joking because its way easier to float out the 3 then huck it of a small jump, plus if you learn on a big table first then you can throw them off even bigger tables no prob. like my first 3 i did it on a pretty big table. all you have to do is commit and throw your whole body like dont wind up and just get a good stance coming into the jump then as soon as your front half of the ski leaves lip throw your whole body around, think of eric pollard or whoever throws good slow 3's. and honestly i dont even look over my shoulder too much when i throw 3's, you need to look but dont like twist your head 180 or else you will prolly cork. good luck

when people say big tables i hope they dont mean like 65 foot tables, cause ya, dont, do your first 3s off like 25 footers or smaller. THats just stuiped going trying them off big tables
