Best way to upload from i movie?

umm yeah im computer dumb and was just wondering what the best format is to upload/ share videos from i movie is.

your best bet is to get fcp, but on imovie go to share> export to quicktime movie> export.



depending on your video size your settings will change but for video online I usually export to dv ntsc 720x480 fast encoding and lower the audio bit rate to reduce file size.
