Are any of you avid Tolkein readers? I read the Hobbit and it was one of the sickest works of literature I've ever read. I also read all 3 LOTR books and they were amazing as well, but I'm looking to jack up my summer reading list with some Tolkein. I've heard the Silmarillion is good, but I only got halfway through it before school shit took over my life. I read his short stories (Farmer Giles of Hamm and Smith of Wootton Major) which were both really cool tales, and also read The Children of Hurin, which I was shocked at how awesome it was. I want to read the Adventures of Tom Bombadil, Roverandom, and anything else he has written. Any suggestions?
