put gasoline in a waterbottle with a sport top...start a tiny flame on the beginning of the rail with an entire book of matches (light and leave)...the skier nears the rail, spray the gas outta the bottom (careful, dont spray the damn kid) and run it along the length of the rail.,...do it far enough in advance so the entire rail is aflame before he hits it. It will burn for 10 seconds or so...voila

public service-if you kill someone doing this, dont come blaming me for the advice, haha
