Basically here is the deal.
There was a person I recently purchased a high yellow lens off of who I did not feel comfortable sending the money first so we agreed to do COD (Cash/Collect on Delivery). The mailman how ever left the package on my porch and I paid nothing. The priced we agreed upon was 40 USD, how ever this was based on the description given on the scratches and now having the lens in my hand there is a lot more then described. Now I wan't to pay the guy, but will the post office ever try to collect from me later on? Say I was to paypal him the money then the post office tries to collect. As well the condition of the lens is definetly not worth 40. Any thoughts?
