Replying to what defines pedophelia?

Okay, since it is an established fact that older guys are supposed to bone younger girls, how young do they have to be? I'm 16, should I be going out with an 11 year old? What is the line between acceptable and pedophelia?

On a side note, carpenters like chicks with no tits because they're as flat as a board and they've never been nailed.
