I know so many people that were held back at a young age. Kindergarten, first grade, just because the teacher didn't think the child was ready for that next step.

Is that person retarded? Or maybe they just weren't as quick to develop as quickly as you or your friends?

I can't grow a beard and I'm 19, does that make me less of a man than the 15 year old that can? Or does it just mean that people develop at different paces and not everyone can be judged on the same level.

Our school has a weird sort of sexual history; for example the big weird thing last year was that one of our cafeteria workers was a stripper in the only strip club in the area. And everyone goes there as a right of passage at 18, so last year all the seniors were complaining about seeing the lunch lady naked all the time.
