The Locke that is living is the smoke monster (a.k.a. that dude in the very beginning talking with jacob)

Juliette really didn't die, she just set off the nuke to hopefully change the things back to normal.

or something like that to ben, and then ben realized something and killed jacob

I don't think Richard is the smoke monster, because Jacob never ages either, and as we saw with the French people the smoke monster can apparently recreate itself as you.

Alanna really doesn't give a fuck about taking Sayid to Guam, because we saw her in the bed when Jacob asked for her help (getting Sayid back to the Island) so obviously he told her which flight to be on. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say the people on the very first boat to come to the island had Richard and Alanna both on it.
