just wondering what everyone is thankful for right now,

im just stocked the way god provides for me, i work pretty much for charity at the moment so don't make a cent rent is getting covered by the church right now but its not much. i Broke my surfboard 3 days ago and got a call from the surf shop to come and pick one out because i won the raffle thing which my mate entered me in.

also im thankful for the chances god give us to find him, my girlfriends grandad has been real sick for a long time, and two days before he died he came to jesus, so im thankful god didnt take him until he was ready to have a relashionshipwith him

God works in strange ways (refering to the surf board thing) but yeah im glad that my knee which i had to have an acl replacement +other crap done to it last year worked great for my season of skiing... i was so scared last year when i found out i had to have the surgeries done, all i could think about was no more sports.... but im pretty confident in it now....

I'm going through a number of trials right now but all I can think about is how much I have to be thankful for. I live 55 miles from Fargo, ND (USA) which is currently in a record flood stage. Just got back from volunteer sand bagging and it was so cool to see the entire city working like ants to save their homes and  all doing so with an extremely positive attitude. I wish I could do more but I was kicked out from a mandatory evacuation due to a break in the dike.
Makes me feel guilty for not having a good attitude when the crap I deal with is minor to losing everything you have.
