Anyway, have you tried out Sumo Paint yet? It's a completely free online image editing program made in Finland. It has all the necessities of Photoshop and it's very easy to start editing pictures either from your computer or by adding the picture URL.
I gotta say I love the design and how well it operates for online editor, check it out! PS. To get all possible filters/functions that basically compete with Photoshop, you can buy a beefed-up version for small change.
