I am looking for some new bindings to go with my anthems and I was looking at look PX12 jib's and they recommend it for riders 170+.... I only weigh in at about 160, so should I look elsewhere or will it be fine.

You'll be fine with those - they say that so there is a market left for the 3-10DIN binding

The weight they show is to indicate that the binding is burly enough to withstand a170 lbs. skier.
You'll be fine...
I'm 125 lbs. and I have the rossignol sas 120 which are similar to the px12.
All times are Eastern (-5)
