Need help sizing if you guys are free -

Hey guys, I really do not know how to size for skis, im a snowboarder :O but started skiing again and made a dumb decisino but didnt hurt but heres the info:
Height: 5'11" // 6FT
Weight: 140lbs

i got some used 156 lib tech 2008 park nas skis for a great deal so i had to but they are super short so i dont feel comfortable going everywhere outside the park. i was looking  towards the same ones but in a bigger size around 173 is that too short still? or good because i was thinking around 173-176 would be good.

i do about 80% park 20% groomers/etc
65% Jumps 35% Rails / Boxes

also anyone have experience with lib tech nas i dont think they are that popular but ive used mine 2x [bought near end of season and my season just ended] lol. how are the edges any experience with them popping off etc? thanks.

Somewhere around the 170-175 range would be good for you.

The LibTech NAS as quite stiff, so they could be a little hard to control if you go too big - that said, I've only heard great things about them.

Personally I think the 173 is a good choice. IT will take some getting used to but at the end of the day you'll be glad you went longer once you get better

I think you should be skiing something in the 180's. It will take longer to get used to and the learning curve will be steeper, but you will be thankful in the long run.

He's only 140lbs. That combined with jumping from a 156 and just getting used to skis again and I think a 180+ will be too long.

You pretty much nailed it in the 173-176 range. Anything under 180 really.

yea man you dont need all that ski if you weigh 140, especially if you ski mostly park.

what do you guys also think about the invaders? say i can get them for around  260 cheaper than the libs [ha] you think i would notice a difference? jumps in the parks where i go to max out from 30-50 depends what they do. im debating going with invaders and theres equal ammounts of rails/boxes & jumps on my way down. but yeah lmk either that or im gona go with the libs because i do like mervin.

Invaders are realllllly soft compared to the libs, so it depends what you are after.

I would say the LibTechs are going to be much more stable on jumps

how is the quality on the invaders? ive heard good thing about them but seeing how they are the cheapest line offers i dont want them to bust in like the first 2 weeks. but yeah would these handle on jumps < 40ft fine? i understand its also a lot of preference that comes to play; most likely ill get the lib techs but still thinking if its worth the extra money :P

for bigger jumps you might wanna look into line blends or maybe chronics. blends are gonna be soft and playful but def not as soft as invaders. 100% sure  they won't wash out on back seat landings specially at 140lbs. i used to own a pair and i loved how they performed in the park and all around the mountain... super fun ski.  look intro chronics if you want a stiffer ski that'll still be light and poppy... solid 1 ski quiver too.

so the line invaders wont be bad for medium jumps? i mean i looked at the chornics but i dont do constant jumps i like to mess around, but yea ill keep the chronics in mind. the lib techs come in 73 then 181 so yeah thats why i said 173 but thanks for the input guys really appreciate it. hows the invaders built quality wise? but like i said most jumps wont be more than 35ft. thanks again.
