That was sick...I had no clue Saudi Arabia was constructing a building 1.5 miles taller then the Burj, that's unheard of

skyscrapers higher than 1500 ft are pretty much pointless. The amount of floor space on the bottom floors taken up to hold the load of the floors above is way too much. Loss of floor space means the building loses a lot of money from people buying or leasing space they could have had if the building was shorter. There are many other reasons. Makes me almost as upset as those gay ass moving skycrapers they have.

its innovation... its always necessary...

and besides.. the cooler the building, the more attractive the real estate, the more money can be made off that real estate.
