So I'm going to rant right now about how much I hate bailers. My fucking roommates for next year just pulled out of our apartment because I went on vacation and didn't contact them. What the fucking fuck? Can someone explain to me why that's a legit reason? Now I have to get out of the lease and I lost $2000 for an effing security deposit. Fuckin bopppaaas.

to be honest, im a guy, and i prefer living with girls over guys...  cause guys, after two months the place will look like a dump, and when everyone gets drunk shit gets broken, stolen, pissed on, and other things.

with girls, at least when ive lived with them, everyone kind minds their own business.  maybe i just lived with cool chill girls and not drama whoring bitches.

nah man, guys are easier to live with.. its messy but you have a room, it doesn't need to be messy. The flat with 3 other girls im in right now isn't much better. I thought they'd be way tidier but they go through way more dished than guys do. apparently they haven't heard of reusing a glass amongst other things. if you try and bring these things up then they go all bitchy on you. with guys its not really an issue to bring something up.

having done the living with other people thing for a few years now i'm kinda keen for my own space for a while

well, the girls i lived with were the only girl with like 5 brothers each....  so that might have something to do with it, they were basically tidier guys, just with vaginas instead of a penis.

i do dip (in the summer, not during school, costs too much when one doesnt have a job), drink either beer or Guinness from time to time.
