Anything switch

When I try anything switch, even 1's off bigger tables, I cant seem to get any pop and it just feels like I get no air time... it just feels wierd.

Any help on how to make it seem more flowing and natural?

^Yeah, same here I think. They don't feel clean when I do them because I feel rushed, looking over my shoulder and being ready to pop at the right time. Any help?
