Problem with bio spins

Im always having problems to land bio spins. I always land on my ass or backseat when ive got to bio 7. Anyone that got some tips?? im so tired of crashing..

when you come back like up and down slow down the rotation by tucking less

sounds like you would be better off with bio 5s

but if you do a bio right you should come out of the bio at 5, and spinning to 7 shouldnt be a problem. im thinking your not throwing it down hard enough. post a video if you can
