some gyms offer it alongside other fighting classes, google mma + your town. however i'd suggest having at least some basics in at least one fighting style
i outweigh a friend of mine by about 100 pounds and i help him train with sprawl, grappling, and strikes, so i guess almost everything because he is trying to move up a weight class.
