Just think of it as a little 180 more dude
you set a little harder, dont whip it, and when your at 3 just start to rotate your hips and land switch, just keep it comin youll get them
Spinning really easy once you get it down, you just need to know how. The best I can explain it is that your entire body follows the movement of your head..... Pop off the jump, turn your head, your shoulders follow, then your hips (this all happens really quick). When you want to stop spinning spot your landing.
My best advice is to take the above into consideration, watch a bunch of videos... slow mo, normal time, keep rewinding them and watch what the skier is doing- it will make a lot of sense after. Before you hit the jump, know exactly what you're going to do and know you're going to land.... too many ppl take blind leaps trying new shit and hurt themselves.
To sum is all up, know what you have to do and commit to it. Hope that helped.
