Big blue lines on playback on my capture camera

title says it all camera is a pv gs39 if that matters. im pretty sure this means i just have to buy a head cleaning tape and hope for the best but if anyone else has any ideas how to fix it please let me know

Try a head cleaning tape, if that doesnt work then use that link..
