A quick word on blocking ads

So I tried downloading some NS videos (in this case it was the lastest scooterlapooter edit) in the h264/MP4
format. This is supposedly the format that ipods play. So I find it
in My Videos and it's indeed the correct format but when I drag it into my
itunes, I get this message:
WHY IS THIS? It's killing me!
Also, does anyone know a good FREE video format converter (not a free trial)?
