for backside (right foot forward), grind on the left side of the box, so you can push off with your front foot
for frontside grind on the left side of the box, and again push off with your front foot

I think they are way easier off rails as well.

they are. for blindside push off with the toe of your front foot. youll dip your tip a little and push off. for frontside dip a little with the back foot

i actually have an easier time on boxes spinning out. my first 450 out was on a box. for me i just jump on right foot in front, bring the front tip of my right ski up off the box so only my edge just about under my boot is touching corner of the box, and spin off to my right. it is VERY hard if you dont dig that edge in. if your dealing with a wider box just scooch that front foot back more and when you dig your edge your body will move to the correct side/corner of the box and open up correctly on its own.
