ive worked at a private country club for the past three summers and will be back this summer for a fourth. its pretty legit. it can get a little crazy sometimes because we get a lot of pressure on us to be top of the line since its private and members pay out the ass to be a member there.
but positives outweight the negatives: i can usually make $70+ in tips a night. made over 200 a couple times. ocassionally members leave brews in the carts, sometimes the younger ones will buy for you if youre cool with them. i only play pro v1s because i find so many in carts. basically, i carry golf bags around, clean clubs, clean carts, and basically anything else a member wants. its a pretty legit setup. and free golf, really cant be beat. id go for it if you can get it.
