might be a stupid question but i'm new to ns...wondering why some people's names are green/red/pink/orange insteal of blue?

Industry folk

My take on it is more than normal members, but not NS staff.

That includes but isn't limited to Shop owners, Athletes, Company Representatives, Media Folk - basically identifiable people in the industry etc
