Problems with uni threads?

Ordered the crewneck over a week ago and it still hasnt come, and I dont have a tracking number or anything from them. Does anybody know how good of a company they are?

everytime ive dealt with them they have been great quick to fix any problems that i had and very reliable. if you have a problem talk to one of the guys on NS i know there are a few their names have just slipped my mind at this point.

Did they tell you they were giving you a tracking number?
I can't remember but I'm pretty sure I didn't get one when I bought my beanie.
Also you do realise that when you order from them it's just a few guys filling the orders, you're not going to receive the same level of thoroughness when you order from say Amazon. But with that trade off you get the small business feel that you are actually an important customer. I'll take that any day.
