Replying to Trouble logging in to NS

Hi there folks, lately (the past 2 weeks or so) when i try to log on to newschoolers from my laptop, i enter my username and password and hit login and the screen just sits there for up to about 5 minutes, then tells me the page cant be found. i also have the same problem with the searchbar when i am on my laptop. i can still access ns with my home computer, and also on my laptop as a guest, but it would be very helpful to be able to login all the time.

Has anyone else experienced this problem from certain computers? Any ideas or suggestions on how to fix it?
