swimming is the best total body workout by far. if you don't want to swim every day, alternate your swim days with dryland days...where you strengthen your arms/legs/abs and do stretching. this will make your swimming easier over time too! mix this with eating lots of raw foods and high protein/low fat meals...and drink lots of water!
also, sometimes writing down everything you eat in a food journal helps you to stay on track with your intake and meal planning :)
Dude just get out and ride a bike or something and have fun. You wil be in way better shape doing this then going to some gay ass gym with a bunch of jocks. hike the park once in a while- dont ride the lift, skin up for some sick back country runs. Get a job that requires lots of movement and manual labor like a farmer or landscaping. Fuck spending money to get in shape- make money while doing it. And have fun or else there is no point.
