Replying to WTB: Any cheap twin tip's (PE's, silencer's, etc)

I'd like to buy some cheap freestyle skii's.  I'l be honest and say I don't know too much about them, but the most important thing here is price. These will be my first ski's; I've done some research and would love something like public enemies or silencers, but really will be happy with any decent twin tips as long as the price is right.  I'm a full time college student :(.  Size wise, i'm 5'9" and 160lbs.  I call myself an intermediate skier but plan on going alot more to get better! 

If you happen to have some boots you don't need any more, feel free to offer those up as well!  I'm a size 10.5.
