So I'm headin out to Winter Park in the beginning of April for spring break. I've been out west before but only in the summer but I never got a chance to ski out there. So I'm real stoke on being able to ski out there for the first time. But anyways I was wondering what its like out there in the parks and stuff? Will I be able to just find some kids to ski with in the park? Or is it a really intimidating park? I'm 17 and will be turning 18 out there. I'm not the greatest park skier. I can 7 and 9 and stuff and do most rails and boxes.
wp is definitely not intimidating. the biggest jump is 55ft at the most in dark territory. railyard is pretty fun with a pretty fast lap time on a good day. not too many rails and boxes, wp has a sick pipe if you're into that stuff. but you should definitely hit up amry jane when you're here. great tree spots and theres always pow to be found on mj.
