I am having trouble throwing grabs into my spins, when i try em i screw up my spin... i am probably not spinning right in the first place, but if i spin to the right, which hand should i grab with to not throw my spin off,

Did i write that?

Just safety. Makes the spin easier, not harder.

it all depends on the grab. for mute, if you spin right grab with your right hand

start with a safety. then go a little faster and initiate a little harder and try another grab, sounds like you are putting too much emphasis on the grab though, work on them until they are second nature. then throw them in, w0rry about the spin not the grab.
