How to make di cuts or stickers?

i was wondering how to make di-cuts or stickers with a regular printer, is there like a special paper....+k t any help, thanks!

to dicut machine I used at work actually cuts the vinyl... I think thats why they call it diCUT

ok, heres what i do..

take any solid colored sticker material that surrounds any of your other stickers that you may have and stencil on a design. take a razor and cut out the design. i have made probably 10 NS stickers like this, (sorry NS, im too poor to buy them). the only problem is that you can only do solid colors like this.

You don't want to try to make your own stickers if it is anything halfway hard...There are a few people on here that make dicuts, myself included. You really need a machine to be able to do a decent job.

most people don't make die cut stickers anyway. they cut vinyl on a plotter. a die cut sticker is made on a machine that cuts thousands of stickers per hour, which requires a knife template to be made.. custom or small run stickers are cut on a plotter, in which you create your design on a computer and send it to the plotter.

my old man is in the flag and banner industry cutters are what almost everyone uses...

Yea you can just make a die-cut machine my dad and grand-pa owns a sign and graphic company and can make stickers out of vinal you have to plot it and a whole bunch of other things you also have to have 1000$ software Click for larger image

and it is no simple process i would jus but the stickers

It is pretty simple, and you don't need 1000 dollar software. My software was 175 and it does fine, I need other programs as well, but it does a good job. But it does cost a lot to get going, just by them from someone, it will make it easier for you.
