but on a more serious note, either you are landing backseat alot, or you have shin splints. I recommend just resting and icing alot after skiiing, and start using the eliminator. I know it will hurt but make sure there is no extra room between your shin and the boot, buckle em up until there is no wiggle room. try doing heel raises, or walking on your heels around the house to build up the muscle that surrounds your shin.
