the alps are amazing, i didn't even get to ski while there and it was still awesome just to be around the mountains and everything.

Egypt would be a pretty good one too.

for anyone who says oregon i applaud you. i live in oregon and the terrain is freakin amazing and we have just about every climate you could ever want. i would say alaska, my friends go on the summer cruises and the landscape looks amazing

anyway, the thread. my gf and i were just talking and i can't believe i forgot Rio. i had a human geography class a couple years ago and my prof had spent 6 months there doing work for the government about the massive slums that surround the city and the place seems amazing. HUGE as hell, beautiful views, third world in some areas, highly developed in others... that would be a trip. oh yeah, i'm sure it's a rad party at night... but i live in Vegas, so whatever.
