Granite Peak March 14th

Me and powdahchowdah are wanting to get up there before the season ends for good. We would be staying 1 night up there, saturday the 14th. Prolly skiing saturday and sunday. Tixs are cheap on saturday cause it is family weekend.

As of right now, 1 or 2 more people would be awesome. Hotels are cheap like $80 a night, so slipt that 3 or 4 ways. Anyone interested?

Just booked the hotel room from the 14th yay!

ANy GP locals know if the steak house herford and hopps is still there.Im gonna be tilted if its not!

i am going to be there saturday, and so is the midwest best team.  there is an event so expect the lower park to be closed for a while...see you all there

the park is real sick, lots of good features jsut got back from riding there last weekend. The lower park (im assuming the rail yard) is aight, you will probly end up spending more time in the big park anyways

Yeah, Hereford and Hops is still open. My recommendation though is to go to 2510 restaurant. Last time I was there I had a "Rib Mtn. Steak". It was a Ribeye wrapped in bacon and topped with cheese. Delicious. I'm not exactly a local, (I live in Green Bay) but my girlfriend lives in Wausau so I'm there a ton. Sorry I can't be there this weekend, got other commitments pertaining to said girlfriend. Have a good time guys and rip it up. It's awesome this year.

as far as i know the entry fee is only 5 bucks, but it is on sundayfrom 10-4 and there will be a rail jam, big air, and best trick

for the comp u dont need to be usasa. it is 20 per person. u need a team of 4-5 people.

Their website says its only $5 a person. So it better only be that much.

Family Festival

It's Snowpalooza Time!! Snowpalooza is a ski and snowboard competition awarding prizes to the best individual for Best Air, Best Trick and Rail Jam! Registration is at 9am for the following divisions: Divisions: Males 15 and under, Males 16 and older and Females all ages, Open division all ages - $5 entry fee, Winner will be determined by all three events combined. Event is held from 10 am - 4 pm. Organized by the Mayor's Youth Action Council. Prizes submitted from Dwellers and Shepherd & Schaller.

I love H&H cause you can grill your own steaks. To me they taste so much better when you are the one standing over the grill. Plus they have some bomb micro brews that I will definitly enjoy!

H&H was a busto. they closed for good a while ago it turns out. the g buffett was legit though. GP was legit though! so many good hits. definitly say some NSers up there. who were u guys? we will be there tomorrow from 10-5.

More jibs than you can shake a stick at. DFD, long urban downs, up rails, a frames, battle ships, boxes, too much to list.

They had a lot of jump too. Depending on what park you were in, jump range from about 5 feet all the way to about 40ish feet. They have a nice 3 jump line, sizes are about 15 feet to a 25 footer to a 40 footer. The landings on those were a bit icy, but im sure they will soften up as it get warmer.
